When I am in the two largest chainrings and the smaller range of the cogs, my chain rubs on the outside of the front derailleur cage. Increasing tension on the shift cable helps this, but then it's too tight to shift down into the smaller chainrings. The chain is parallel with the derail. cage when in the large chainring and small cog.

I used the same page to adjust my front derailer a couple weeks ago on my triple. Mine was off by quite a bit. Probably from cable stretch. It got mine almost perfect. After I went out for a 30 mile ride, all I needed was to make a 1/4 turn on the large ring limit and a 1/4 turn of the tension for the middle ring. Now it's perfect. The is a great site. I printed out a hard copy so I will always have it.
