How do they compair to the Juicy line and others?

I use XT Dual Controls w/hydro's. They're freaking strong and have great modulation. They're at least as good or if not better than the Juicy 5's. Not sure about the Juicy 7's tho. My new bike is on order and it'll have the 7's on it. I could tell you more in a week.

well, somehow Shimano Deore has the highest rating in MTBR, which is awfully odd. Darn I cant use any other brake with Dual Control

I switched out some XT's for some juicy seven's, still not sure it was worth doing! The juicy's modulate better but the additional noise I get with them over the quieter XT's is somewhat of a bummer

Nothing wrong with the deore hydro's excellent power, good price point, very marketable item! I've had three set's in the past and all worked flawlessly. I'm not a big fan of shimano derailuers but their brakes are quite nice in my opinion.
