Mountain Biking - Sub $350 Fork for 23" Hardrock?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I just picked up a '03 Hardrock 23" with a Manitou Six fork which is pretty much blown out. Lucky it came with XT everything else. Looking to pick up a good fork in the $300 range that would fit my 6'6" 210lb body for half XC/downhill riding. It's the 1st 'real' bike, so I'd like to keep it somewhat cheap if possible. Any ideas on what models to look at?
Heh that seat is really tilted forward lol. I think you should go ahead and buy a used one with that price range...well a good one. Anyways, Perhaps this though...http://pricepoint.com/detail/14518-315_MARCE6-3-Parts-59-Forks/Accessories/Marzocchi-MX-Comp-ETA-Suspension-Fork-'06.htm
I think 120mm is nice for both xc and especially if you do some DH.
If you want spring other than air, look at this fork, also with 120mm http://pricepoint.com/detail/14498-315_ANSSP6-3-Parts-59-Forks/Accessories/Manitou-Black-Super-Suspension-Fork-'06.htm

I will vouch for the durability of the MXcomp ETA 120mm.
Ive abused mine for over 2 years, weigh about as much as the OP and it still works great.
its 1/2 air, 1/2 spring so it has the plushness and durabiltiy, for us clydes, of a spring without all the extra weight of a sub $500 spring fork. the ETA is awesome too. truly awesome

I got the seat that way! Hahaha it's since been corrected. I will say the ride home made me a bit sore.
I've looked at used one, but I'm not sure how much stem length I need. I'm a little leary of buying one that might have been cut too short. Figured I'd scour ebay & craigslist for something. If I don't find anything soon on the fork front used then I'll probably spring for the MXcomp ETA 120mm.
