How about Hwy 1. There are some very flat sections, some with small rollers. No stop signs for about 35 miles between Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz!
Just go early in the day to avoid the fog and headwind coming back.
- Hwy 84 between La Honda and San Gregorio.
- Pescadero Rd., Cloverdale, Gazos Creek, Hwy 1, Pescadero Rd.

Good suggestions, thanks guys...
How long a stretch are you looking for?
I found some good long pieces of Almaden Expressway, northbound from Almaden Road to 85, to be over a mile between intersections and the lights timed to make 3 or 4 without having to stop. Good for intervals, at least -- and the stoplights make good goals!
Where did they do the TT at the Tour of California this year?

Uvas & baily road ??
Starting at mckeen and heading to watsonville road is the best I've found, probably around 10-15 miles over rolling roads.
Highway 1 is a good idea too since its pretty flat and straight.... just that wind.
