How do I add my picture to my name

I am not sure if this goes here. I would like to add my picture, I guess its called an avatar. I can't seem to find out how to do that. Thanks.

Have you gone here? And then "Edit Avatar".

Now, if anyone can tell me how to make an Avatar larger, I'd love to know how.

Yes, I did that, but it seems that unless my picture is so small for me to see like the period at the end of this sentence, its too large.
