Northeast - Anybody ever try some of the UNH bike routes out?

I was wondering if anybody has tried some of the UNH road bike routes. How were they?
The UNH campus is 6 or so miles away from me, so it would be convenient.

I've ridden on UNH, but never any of their trails.

Beauty Hill loop looks like fun. Quite a bit of an elevation bump around 7-12 miles. Will have to try that one out.

FWIW I got around to Beauty Hill Loop today. It's plenty long for a decent workout. The climbs aren't too bad, traffic is fairly light, and the Rt 125 section is very wide. Watch out for a few poorly labeled/unlabeled roads: Lee Hill Rd is actually about 200ft north on 125, it's not across the highway.
And I took Lee Hook Rd by mistake - none of it is labeled at the big intersection. It didn't seem right but I pressed on to Rt 152. That bumped my total ride to 30.5 miles, which is more than enough on a slick-tyre MTB. Took me 122 minutes + time to smell the flowers. I'm not ashamed. :)
