I'm installing Dura-Ace SIS-SP41 cable housing (for the derailleurs). The last time I bought Dura-Ace housing it included clear instructions on which end to cut if they need to be shortened. The difference being that the lubrication was only on one end. I found no similar advice with this model. Does anyone know which end I should cut (i.e., logo end or non-logo end)? or do they now distribute the lubrication throughout (i.e., it doesn't matter)?

Any thoughts?

it doesn't really matter. put some tri-flo into the housing, run the cables and go for a ride.
sometimes shimano gets TOO specific with their instructions.

Cut the non-logo end. Install with the logo end nearest the shifter.
