I know this has been asked many times, but I'm ordering the frame this week. I ride 52 road frame, and my inseam is 31". I'm 5'7" tall. I know that I'll be getting a 26" wheel size frame. Fortunately, I have have mountain bike with 26" wheels. Can I transfer the MTB wheels to LHT without problem? I mean the MTB hub widths. They are for V-brakes. Thanks.

The LHT has 135mm rear axle spacing specifically for MTB hubs.

Yep, you'll be fine. The rear dropouts on the LHT are 135mm, same as mountain hubs.

Thanks for the replies. Can I also transfer crank set? It's XTR. Pls those knowledgeable, pls advise on the size of LHT suitable for me, so i can place order soonest.

Well, I'm 5'9" w/ a 31-32" inseam and I ride a 54cm LHT. Bike fit is a really personal thing but if I had to stab at it, I'd say 52cm for you.

I'm in pretty much the same boat, I'm 5'6" with a 31.5 inseam, and I'm also considering a 52 LHT. I ride a 52 Bridgestone and a 21" trek road frame (both from the late 80's) and they seem to fit okay. The LHT fits more like an older bike, right? Do you think I'll be okay with a 52?
