I currently have a 120mm stem, which I'm beginning to think is a little bit long for me. What's the best way to figure out what I should be using? Just try a bunch of different stems? Go down in 10mm increments?

I don't really have alot of $ to spend on trying a bunch of stuff, but I'm guessing that's probably what it's going to take. Anyways, any ideas?

Find a cool LBS that will let you buy a cheap stem to try, and trade in and out for other cheap stems. When you find the length you like, buy a nice stem that size (if you want to).
