Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

So I sat down one day and figured out that I didn't need to carry all of the stuff I normally carry in my bag to work. It was all stuff I could either leave at home or at work. It was just habit to carry it all around. now I've got it down to one handlebar bag where I have tools, lunch, water, phone, etc. it feels great to not have anything on my back! and if I DO need anything, I can grab it and shuttle it back and forth on my 1-2 driving days a week. (along with clothes)--anybody else bag-free? :p

agreed. I leave my nicer shoes and belt at work and just use my panniers to bring home the dirty work clothes every day. I also use them to bring in my week's worth of clothes on monday.
