Day 19 Mt.Cook to Omarama 90 km.

Left the chalet after saying goodbye to Axel by 0900, another sunny day.
The first 70km where easy, it went slightly down to Twizel.
After that it was another 40 km on a long hot boring road, reached the backpackers/farmhouse at 1500, went for nice hot shower and did nothing till diner....;)

Adjusted my riding position a bit, because my butt was killing me, i picked the wrong saddle for touring i think.
It is a Selle flite, nice saddle but hard as a rock, anyone knows how long it takes to bed a saddle in?
I hope not over 3000 km.......

cheers

Thats a nice bike. I always find it interesting to read the type of bikes people use. There are so many bikes out there and it is nice to hear of any problems certain bikes have had. Thanks for the reply. I am right with you on this trip!
