i need a new frame for my conversion for winter riding and i would like a geared bike for longer rides. i have recently picked up two frames and i can't decide how to build up either. the first is a fiori, all columbus tubing.

the other is a miyata, currently built up but should be considered a frame since it will need a complete overhauling.

both frames are my size and in good shape. the fiori is a little bigger and the angles are different. i ride my keirin bike most of the time but need a conversion with fenders for rainy days, which is most of the winter. the geared bike is second priority but of some importance as well. the fiori is a much nicer frame except it has a lot of braze-ons and some big shifter mounts. the miyata is a little cleaner but has internal brake cablehousing which would be wasted on a fix.
what would you do with each bike?
