Has anybody here ever seen a table or chart of MPH vs wattage for a Blackburn fluid Trainer? It would seem that there should be such a critter available.

Thanks

Here is what you're looking for. The folks at Kurt Kinetic have done parameterized power curves for many trainers. See the table referenced on this page. Somewhere on the KK site there is also a graph of these curves, I think.

Don't mean to hi-jack the Blackburn search, but when I used the KK formulas (I have a Cyclops fluid) it showed my 20 min wattage (23.3 MPH for 20 min) at 525!

Not sure how good these formulas are.

I find the Kurt Kinetic data at http://www.kurtkinetic.com/powercurve.php, http://www.kurtkinetic.com/documents/Power_Curves419.pdf, and http://www.kurtkinetic.com/calibration_chart.php .

Attached is a graph of the curves.
