Hi,

I have been biking in the Roseville, CA area for nearly 20 years. I have been road biking since age 13. I grew up in San Jose, CA (Almaden) and used to ride to Santa Cruz (yes, on Hwy 17 for a short part) at age 14. I did an organized ride to Yosemite at age 15, up & down old priest grade.
I generally ride along the American River Bike trail from Beals Point down around Lake Natomis and back. When time allows, I'll go on to Sac State and back. Occasionally, I ride into the Rocklin, Loomis, Newcastle, Lincoln Foothills area on local roads. I rode around Lake Tahoe in the Tour De Tahoe in September 2006. Beautiful ride but not for the beginner or timid.

Thanks,

Scott G

Hey Scott welcome aboard! Will you be going to VeloSwap in SF in November?

A few of us will be going. If I am able to get my Bike Forums Jersey by then I'll be sure to wear it. Then you can see who we are!
