Gee, that's a challenge. How about removing the goosneck and putting a solid bar going forward, and hook it up like an automobile trailer hitch.

I was thinking.....there's a bracket back in back for a basket mount. Perhaps a hollow axle as a spacer and use the Bob clincher that way? Possibly might work?
