After commuting most mostly by bike through two rainy seasons in N. Cal I finally "committed" this winter and got fenders for my road bike and I'm going to challenge myself to not wimp out any days. BTW, it took some cutting and grinding, but you can mount Hard Core Freddy Fenders to a Giant OCR2 (at least the '03 model, it still had threaded holes on the ends of the fork and chainstays so I didn't need P clamps).
