Pin strips on powder coating

Is it possible to put pin strips on a powder coated bike which has no clear coat? How does this look and wear?

The easiest way to stripe is with an extra fine point paint pen, found at most art supply stores for less than $5. without clear over it, it may dull after awhile, but is esay to touch up.
