Bicycle Mechanics - Rear derailleur bolt stripped

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Hey guys and gals on my real derailleur the bolt circled is starting to strip out. This is where the shifter cable attaches. Will I have to get a whole new derailleur or can this bolt be popped off and replaced?

Many bike shops will keep a few around to make such repairs. I had to have one replaced on a Shimano 105 rear derailluer when I layed my bike on its side. My LBS took one off of a worn out rear derailluer, and worked just fine until I needed to replace the whole derailluer.
