Yeah, that's a pretty decent deal. By interesting coincidence that's the combo I ride with, but I didn't buy them as a package deal. The ATAC Aliums cost me $70 shipped and the Bullets I bought at a LBS for $149 + tax. I really like the shoes and pedals -- the double-sided entry of the ATAC pedals makes it easy for a noob like me to get clipped in and the Bullets are very nice shoes. The Bullets are a little on the narrow side, so if you have wide feet these might not fit well. The only gripe I have is with the Time cleats; they have these pointy ridge things on the sole side that are supposed to help keep the cleat in place when tightened, but they deform the sole of the shoe at the point of attachment and make small adjustments later on almost impossible. Overall I like the combo, and $170 is a pretty good price.
