Day 23 Queenstown 0km.
I could pick up my bike at four o`clock, so i went first to the post office to sent some gear & gifts to my family, i was happy to ditch the 2.1 kg, not to mention the volume....
After my lunch/ sleep i walked up to the LBS, they did a fine job, gave me some discount on the parts and even cleaned my cranks & rings.
My thrusty steed was fine again... :D
After leaving the LBS, i changed clothes and went up for the Vertigo Downhill trail.
It took me about 40 minutes of running to reach the start, i met a local on top with a huge dwnhill machine, a Giant with everything on it!
Compared to this monster my Cannondale looked rather dull, but then again he said he piad 5000$ for this thing.
He gave me some tips and after some adjustments on my bike i went down, it took me about 8 minutes..... :D
It was good, very good,
cheers
