O,k some of you might have read my "Got fired today" thread. Well the day got worse and ended on a crappy note. Literally. I met up with a few friends to have a few drinks and pick out the trails we are hiking on a hiking trip this weekend through the White Mountains. I wasn't driving. The night ended. Me and my friend who was driving left my friends house where we were hanging out. We get in the car and he Say's " Something smells like *****. I look down at the brand new pair of New Balance running sneakers I bought yesterday and guess what???? I stepped in a big ol pile of dog poop! What a way to end a horrible day.
Lets hear your worst day story.
come on, I need to hear some people have had crappy days too. Give me youe worst day stories.

Well.....It can only go up now, right? Now clean them New Balances before they get stinky. ;)
Okay, yesterday, I got up and both my boys were in great moods. Wife said she would take the boys to school so I could get to work early. I was in the office from 8 until 11 AM, when I left and went to get my 5 year old from school. We spent the day at the State Fair of Texas. Rode tons of rides, ate corny dogs, had cherry slushes, rode more rides, went to see all the new cars, rode a few more rides and then left. On the way home the little guy passed out in the back seat.
Later that same day, I got to curl up in bed with both boys and watch vintage Popeye cartoons before tucking them into bed. They slept all night and I got to watch the second half of the Monday night game.
Worst Day of My Life!!!!!:D
Hope your day today is better than the one before.
STINKFOOT!
In the dark
Where all the fevers grow
Under the water
(water)
Where the shark bubbles blow
In the mornin
(mornin)
By yer radio
(radio!)
Do the walls close in tsuffocate ya
You aint got no friends . . .
An all the others: they hate ya
Does the life you been leadin gotta go?
Well, let me straighten you out
About a little russian restaurant I know . . .
(get yer shoes n socks on people, its right aroun the corner!)
Out through the night
An the whisperin breezes
To the place where they keep
The imaginary diseases
Out through the night
An the whisperin breezes
To the place where they keep
The imaginary diseases . . .
Now scientists call this disease bromidrosis
(thats right!)
And well they should
Even napoleon knows that
But us regular folks
Who might wear a tennis shoe
Or an occasional python boot
Know this exquisite little inconvenience by the name of:
Stink foot
Yknow, my python boot is too tight
I couldnt get it off last night
A week went by, an now its july
I finally got it off
An my girl-friend cry
You got stink foot! stink foot, darlin
Your stink foot puts a hurt on my nose!
Stink foot! stink foot! I aint lyin,
Can you rinse it off, dyou suppose?
Here fido . . . fido . . .
Here fido . . . bring the slippers little puppy
Yes, thats a good dog! yes!
Arf, arf, arf!
[crash-crumble-bump-bump-bump]
Sick . . .
And now, ladies and gentlemen,
We have a song for you about flying saucers
This song is going to be sung for you by george
And the name of the song is inca roads

A few years ago I took a boat I had at the time to a lake aout 60 miles away for a day of skiing with a couple of guys I worked with and their wives. I never could get my then-wife to go with us to the lake. I pulled the boat with a Jeep CJ-7. I backed the boat up, got in and drove it off the trailer. One of the other guys was supposed to go park the Jeep. It's a steep ramp so he gunned it and popped the clutch. In reverse. Jeep's do not float. It went out of sight except for the very top of the windshield. We got help from a few fellow boaters winching it out and pulling it out of the way. It isn't a busy lake so this took awile. Of coarse everything was full of water and the Jeep wasn't going anywhere until dried out and at least the engine oil changed. I talked a ranger into helping pull the boat out and parking it next to the ranger station. We couldn't all fit in the Jeep so at least we had another car. We all loaded up and headed home. When I got home I find that the transmission in my wifes car had quit while we were gone. I got my truck and started out to get the boat back home. A couple miles from home the truck died. The computer had fried. Three vehicles, two of which were less than two years old, and not one running. So the boat stayed out that night which it never had before. It stormed that night and covered the boat with leaves, twigs and who knows what else. And I didn't pull the drain plug so it had about three inches of water in it. Not my idea of relaxing.

Won't bring up any bad memories, just causes more bad luck in the future.
