Bicycle Mechanics - Painting Pantographing / Engraving

Anyone have any ideas for painting the pantographing on my bike's seatstay caps and stem? Obviously, I want the paint to only fill in the engraving and not all over the entire seatstay cap. Should I carefully apply paint and wipe? I vaguely remember someone talking about a paint stick that worked well. I think it was something similar to an oil paint stick or oil pastel, but I could be mistaken. Anyone? Thanks.

Just rub n buff with the paint of your choice. Use a rag that is lightly dampend with the appropriate solvent for the final wipe down.

Thanks guys. I'm not sure that rub n buff exists in the color I'm looking for. The existing paint thats in the pantographing right now is yellow. Not metallic Yellow or anything like that. Just plain Yellow, and part of it has rubbed away so I'm looking to re-apply the paint.

Sorry, I was being too subtle. You can use any paint you want. Although I would recomend something oil-based. Just rub it in and buff it off.

I like 1/4 ounce bottles of Testors enamel. It's intended for models, but I've had good results on bikes. It can be wiped away with lighter fluid.
