Haven't been there in couple of years, but they sell used road bikes. I think they take trade-ins or offer consignments.

there is one in San Fernando - Sherman Oaks area that deals with used bikes and parts. I cant remember the name of the shop, but will look at it on my way home and post it.

Heh thanks everyone I sold it today, and got myself a used road bike... Ended up eating some cost but i feel things worked out good

I don't know about the used part but there is a nice shop in Fullerton called "The Bike Lane" on Harbor ave.
