If its your head thats got a wobble in it you need to see a shrink:D :D
Only kidding , spin the wheel with the bike stationry & if it moves side to side in the fork its got a "wobble" & may need trueing up , go to a differant lbs

Its a brand new wheel (as of March 1) so I hope the hub is not loose it almost looks like it could be the tire thats out of whack. Is such a thing possible?

Yupe, de-flate the tyre , give it a good squese & tug with your hands allround the circumferance to make sure it`s bedded down evenly into the rim & pump it up again ;)

Flybikeman,

If your hub is loose, it should be easy to tell. Pick up the bike by the bars. Put one hand on the tire (With the front tire lifted off th ground) and try to wobble it from side to side. If the front tire wobbles from side to side with pressure from your hand, than the hub needs to be tightened. This is a very simple job-nothing to worry about.

You could also have a bulge in your tire. You can solve this by deflating the tire, making sure everything is properly seated again, and reinlfating to the proper pressure slowly slowly as you check for bulges forming. Massage the tire around the rim as you notice bulges forming.
