Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Spinner Miles Time Again!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Weekly mileage report, I run the database and post the weekly graphs for comparison. Let me know the user name you want and I'll add you to the database! There's no charge and you can PM me the miles to me or post them on the Spinner Miles Threads I put up weekly! I publish the data tables on my blogsite every Monday as well as the charts and the chart image here in Clydes as well! All you need to do is give me a standardized 7 day data set and I'll take it from there!

MSN is more a broadband friendly site, by the way! Takes a long time to load on dialup!
Can one participate and not be 200+? How about 190 and looking to trim up while riding to work?

Not limited to Clydes either, I just track miles is all! Skinny, Clyde, mediums, Athena's, no worries and no problem!
Right on! I'm looking to start commuting to work as soon as I get in good enough shape (~6.5 miles each way), and tomorrow I'm off to my LBS to get some tires more suited for road use (I can literally feel my energy being sapped by the knobbies that came on my GT) and a speedometer/trip meter. My goal is 1000 miles this winter, rain or shine!
Sorry Tom - last week was a tough one - only 23.4 :(
And I have a chest cold this week - can't take a deep breathe. Sigh...

That'sd OK! It happens, I'll add it into next week to get your miles in, Air! Feel better and take care of yourself!
Working on it. It feels like one of those colds that's just itching to turn into bronchitis - taking care of myself more than I normally from past experiences...
And for last week tack on 24 even. Still not over this chest cold :(
