Mrs Stormcrowe did a 50 miler today! After the ride we hit a CHinese Buffet........

2 hrs later, she was full! After lunch, she looked over and said if I can eat like that and LOSE weight, where has cycling been all my life! Right now she's getting ready to take a nap, she's pooped! I'm sure she'll be on later to do a ride report! One thing, though, she topped 30 mph on a DH! She loved it!http://www.comicguide.net/images/smilies/ringelrein.gif I heard her screamoing on the way down the hill, thought she was terrified, caught up and she was having the time of her life! Congrats on MRs. Stormcrowes ride!

As I reported recently...my younger brother was not sure he'd ever ride a road bike, but agreed to go on a ride with me not long ago. He should be on a 52 or 53cm bike and I ride a 56cm, but borrowing one of mine was all there was. About 4 miles in we stop and he's complaining that it feels kinda weird and he's not sure he likes it. At about mile 6 we hit a long straight downhill and get up in the high 30's. I look back and he's got a grin from ear to ear. He loved it after that and wants to buy a road bike before next spring now!

Very nice man, love that story rode 50 freakin miles then go eat at a chinese buffet man that is the kind of crazy stuff i do and it works quite well.
