I am from South Africa, Alberton area. I am 51.I ride a Fuji TeamPro on the road and also do the occasional MTB rides on a Fuji MTB. Have been riding for 4 years now. Not competitive, but make a point of doing 4 to 5 of the big rides in SA, such as the Argus, 94.7, Hyper, etc. Due to time constraints, I only get out on weekends for approximately 3 hours.
Best thing I ever did health wise was taking up cycling.
