One of my co-workers and I were talking about haunted houses. He just went to one over the weekend with his wife.

It made me remember one that I went to in highschool. It was me and three other girls. Its still a very popular haunted house that they do ever year for Halloween. Well it was so freaky that one of my girlfriends RIPPED my shirt off during the process of walking thru it. Yep I came out with stratches and a bra on. It was pretty funny but when we got to the end the people were like...... ARE YOU OKAY?? They thought something bad happened. Besides being pretty embarrassed it was totally funny. :D

My advice never be in the front of the group unless you don't like your shirts. :)

Sounds familiar, and very funnY! I had a friend who got detained and had to talk to police when one of the ghouls jumped out at him. My buddy freaked out reacted defensively and punched the ghoul in the nose. He was not the violent type and the whole thing ended well, but at the time it was a bit dramatic.

Last year I was put in front. Oh, I have really bad night vision. The strobes blinded me for half the thing. NOthing like leading by braile.

Anyways there was this clip on video.msn.com about some haunted manor somewhere near Jamaica I think.
supposedly it was a "real" haunted house, if such a thing exists.

There is an old boarded up building a few miles from my house. It's right near a couple of prisons and it's and old mental hospital. Every time I drive by it I think it would be great to rent it and turn it into a haunted hospital for Halloween. It's already a dark scary old mental hospital, it would b easy to make into a haunted hospital. (plus it's probably haunted already)

No kidding. Snowy, you will let us know what haunted houses you frequent this year, won't you?

And, uh, be sure to bring that same friend. Hopefully she's still afraid of haunted houses!

And if your friend can't make it, I'll be happy to take her place. Either that, or I'm sure someone else here will volunteer. Just remember, we're ALL really scared of haunted houses.

I lived in a haunted house(duplex) for a while. My cats would not even come in the house, and if you drug one in it would hiss at stuff we could not see

The best way to get rid of a fear is to confront it. Why don't you buy a bunch of cheap halloween decorations on sale, turn off the lights, and I will personally rip your shirt off over and over again until you're no longer afraid.

See? The volunteers are coming in already. Really, Snowy, you should take us up on this. How can you spurn such generosity?
