So I went riding with a jogger last night, something I had not tried before. It worked somewhat better that I had thought, only felt the need to fly off into the distance once or twice :)
But I was wondering if this was something that anyone else had tried? I was riding my fixie, and was able to maintain a proper speed, but it took effort

I do it whenever my bro and is running pals want some pacing, company or new routes. You have to ride at an easy pace and low gears are handy.

When my daugther was 3 yrs old she got bored in the seat on the back of my bike, and demanded to get off and run on the sidewalk next to the bike. It was tough matching her speed, but she kept going for about 2 km. When she was 4 1/2 she rode a 32 km bike-a-thon.
