Training & Nutrition - Internet links for BASIC reading material on training
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I ride a lot, but know nothing about proper ways to train, different sorts of food to eat before/after for different sorts of goals, how much excercize is enough, how much is too much, etc.
Can all of you knowledgeable people post links of interesting pages that are worth reading on the subject?
