Is there any cycling publication out there that is for the serious cyclist? Not one that has articles on how to dress, how a road is made, etc. I would pay twice what it cost for the popular ones, to subscribe to one that devoted to serious cycling in all aspects, and not all the fluff that you see in the ones that are the most popular.

Velo News

Though if you were really a serious cyclist you would already know this.

LOL!

Another well deserved pun aimed at Bicycling Magazine! What were they thinking when they wrote that civil engineering article...

Although I have never seen a copy, many folks have said good things about Cycling Plus from the UK.

actually that article on how asphalt roads are made was the most interesting thing I've read in Bicycling this year!

Although I couldn't help but think it ended up in Bicycling after it was rejected first by Road & Track, Motor Trend, and every other car magazine.

+1. I think it was the first thing I've read in Bicycling that wasn't a rehash of something they'd done 10 times before. Read Bicycling for one year, and you will have read everything they have to say. It's the same magazine repeated year after year.

I have read Velo News, while it is not a bad publication, I would prefer to read more than race results and and a bend toward road cycling only.
I enjoy riding all types of bikes and this is currently whats in my garage:
Road: Cannondale R2000,Trek 1000,Giant Kronos.
Mountain: Gary Fisher Pro Caliber, Cannondale KillerV 900ht, Cannondale SuperV700,Trek 820, Specialized Ground Control Comp. Raleigh M60, K2 Zed 5.
Tandem:Cannondale RT1000, Miyata Duplicross Mountain.
So as you can see I am somewhat intrested in the world of cycling.

Dirt Rag. Oriented towards MTBing, but they include stuff from all over.
