i've actually had some trouble getting through on the telephone the past two days.

i'm ordering a frameset and had a question, but didn't get any answer (and yes, i called between 7 and 10. several times)

i know that he's got a family, so i totally don't begrudge him at all - i'm sure he's got more important stuff to attend to than my dumb questions, so it's a good thing the questions weren't all that pressing. i went ahead and ordered to make sure i could take advanage of the 10% off!

Also, he was on vacation for a few weeks, that's why he was offering 10% off products. Now he probably has a hell of a backlog to fill. Yes, it says he will be answering phones til 10pm but he's a small operation so take that into consideration.
