hey i just got into road biking in order to cross train for cross country (and of course cause biking is just a hell of a good time). great non-impact workout for you legs, not to mention cardio-vascular (lance has the vo2 max of a god). please throw me any and all suggestions, tips, or anything you feel a new biker should know! appreciate it, ill see you out there
