Does the company DeBernardi exists or is it an off brand of another company?

I've tried searching an official DeBernardi website to no avail... I only find American online bikeshops that carry the brand.

Any information?

I find it hard to believe that a bike brand like DeBernardi doesn't have internet presence...

there's tons of stuff on the net, albeit not an official website, it seems. de bernardi is a stand-alone company i believe

They are imported into the US by Zar International (http://www.zarinternational.com/). They use to be based out of Stamford, CT. However I don't know if thats where they still are.

I could be wrong but I think they are primarily made for the US market.
