That's my idea of a good time but we don't really watch Corey do trackstands...we're just standing around talking and Corey is more comfortable doing no-handed trackstands than he is just standing up so it just happens. I never really expect to ride hard during these rides. I am sure there are plenty of road or mountain bike threads out there if you don't like it. Besides, didn't you turn around that Friday when we rode to Gulfport?

He makes all types of claims about that frame but I have never heard anything about it nor can I find anything on the interweb. He's a bit of a strange character and is really quick to point out his pictures with Greg Lemond. That frame sure gets points for ugliness though.

Mike: I think my new frame is weightless and it gets plenty of points for beautifulness.

I didn't let the ******* in, he just knocked and let himself in. There are a ton of windows so he saw me and had a picture of me. At least he didn't get me for possession or paraphenelia.

don't know. looks like he did a pretty nice job on that old ross frame....those are pretty heavy frames though. I used a similar old ross for my very first conversion

Alright. I'm really sorry I pissed you off, Corey. I thought about posting here, but sent a PM because I didn't think this is anybody else's business. I was pretty offended by some of the comments on here and wanted to let you know. Despite what you said above, I don't think saying those things is being "respectful" to me.

I know I don't really fit in with the fixed scene around here and that's fine. I'm not even that into fixed gears at all. But I do know I love bikes as much as the rest of you. I've always just done my own thing in life and not really worried about it. But everyone seems to give me a hard time about it on this board. Things get out of hand on the internet and probably none of this would ever have happened in real life.

So I'm probably going to keep riding my mountain bike on Fridays because that's what I'd rather do. ALL: so I bought that Zipp wheel today...50 bucks he wouldn't go less. That frame is still as ugly as ever........................and it wasn't marker but some kind of enamel (maybe white-out)...anyone know if it is possible to remove that without stripping the clear coat on the carbon?? I've had a bunch of suggestions including trying a razor blade.

Hey, if anyone is ever in Tampa at the flatwoods loop, call me. I'm at USF just about every waking moment of my life and my bike is never more then 5 feet from my desk. I love/hate my job and will do just about anything to get away from it for a few hours a day. Foul temptress!
