i'm interested in riding the Brian Velo. only after i moved to orlando did i find out about the park having it. anyone know the rules/requirements for riding one's own bike there? i'll be down S from the 23rd to 28th or so and would be down to pick up or ride with anyone going.

Anyone around here actually from Sarasota? I'm going to be there for a week in a month and would love to get some warm-weather riding in.

Sarasota is about 45mins to an hour (max) South of most of us in the St. Pete area. Make the drive up and we'll ride.

you can totally make it from sarasota to downtown st. pete in about 25 mins assuming there isn't bad traffic so you should come and hang.

I guess it depends where you are in Sarasota.

yeah you're right. i guess you can be pretty deep in srq. 45 min max sounds like a safer estimate.

that guy's a bit of a weirdo. i've seen him two or three times at the bar and he just hangs by himself. kinda a mystery guy..but his bike is pretty sick. it's one of those blue olmo frames.

ummm i don't know if his name is matt. i tried talking to him the first time i saw him at the emerald and knew it was his bike because he had a mess bag on. he just instantly started bragging about how expensive his dura ace cranks are and then for the rest of the night kept handing me and the people i was with stick figure drawings of ourselves.

fri night..probably the emerald? i'm thinking this saturday will be a blast at the orpheum since it's the holidays and everyone is in town.

I believe we were thinking about riding our bikecycles to the city under the sea. Pinellas trail to Clearwater beach, into the gulf, and then into the depths of the Atlantic.

Peggy's been in Buffalo since Thursday, so I've been staying at my parents' in Tampa. My older sister and her husband are in town, so we've been having a happy fun family time. Why, just moments ago we completed a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle! The fun never ends here at the Hohmann household!
