My only concern is getting back to St Petersburg.
Might try the Largo, Seminole, Lealman, Kenneth City, into St Pete route.
But I heard Lealman is pretty badass.
If we stick together and play it smart and wear our vests...

Ya'll(all yous) that ride with MKS toe clips.
What size clips and shoe size do you have and do you think it is a good fit?
Trying to get a consensus here.
Ben's has it at LL for 10 and up, L for 8 to 10, M on down.
Thank you kindly for your input.

Michael
I had the LL and they were too big. I wear a size 11 shoe and the MKS L work best for me. Michael, you should be able to see mine on the Pista in there. Speaking of which, I'll be in soon to pick that back up. Thanks.

I ride size L with size 11 shoes. I mostly wear slip-on Vans and Asic Onitsuka Tiger's, though. If I wear athletic shoes, the clips are too small.
LL with my big skate vans, size 10.5
They fit, but I had to bend them up (literally, up away from the pedal) in order for everything to fit nicely. I actually hope to get new shoes soon to ride with, but my feet are super wide, so my options are a little limited.

So we are looking at 12 and up or large shoes LL
Maybe 8 to 11 L
And down M
With 12 chuck taylors, the L are slightly short for me to have ball over spindle.
Alright Alright. Thanks. Me customers will appreciate that.
I forgot there are the adjustable pair as well.

I'm not sure on the Tee19 background. That would be my guess on the skateboard company though.
Hmmm, make it a Bocaburger and we have a deal. I feel that I should give you the bars and seat-post too. Please, I insist!

Anyone want to ride there from St Pete tomorrow? My house at 4:00?
Also, if you see me with a beer in my hand tonight, slap me. I don't want tomorrow to be a repeat of the last bazillion races where I almost pass out 10 minutes into it.
do you mean A ride, or to ride to clearwater?

like use pedal power to/from the race instead of petrol.
tonight, if you see me with a beer then slap it out of my hand and then promptly buy me a new one.
Jeff, 2 questions:
are we going to end up anywhere near the start? I have to figure out where to park.
are we going to need anything? lock, bag, whatever? I need to know what to bring.

yoyo,
yeah, the end is right near the start, so thats a perfect place to park, although there are meters under the bridge where the start is. but it might be free after a certain time you know. or park in the stein mart/ library parking lot, thats perfect. its right near there.
and the stuff you need to bring is just a pencil or a pen. a lock probably for the afterparty. and some money for the after party. and a car if you dont want to ride to skips in dunedin for the party.
AND BRING SOME CANS OF FOOD TO DONATE!!!!!!
also,
There comes a time in every riders life. We don't always know when it's going to come, were it will happen, nor always who it will happen with. We can't always register what this moment, meant to be solidified in the hollowest depths of our very immaginations, but only to be preluded to in expressions of vast accounts of extravagance and wonder. The realization of the triumph brings immediate excitement and grandure to all this it shall effect, to the point of awe and extravagence. Le Tour De Dank registers as a comming of this miracle. Tomorrow, on August 11th, we ride our bikes not for a simple act of leisure and amusement, although hopefully these things come about in the act, but rather most immportantly for the simple deed of completing an unsurpassable miracle of underground brotherhood and comradery in which we ride not just bicycles, but extraordinary mechanical machines of our own design and immagination, as tools, in our effort to build a community in which we bring all together as one, to bring our most complex dreams and immaginations to life, and in that mindset, to ride together! Live up this day not in a beguiled competitive overdrive, but experience it for all it is worth and come together, to experience nirvana as never felt before, through your own physical endurance and mind, to ride LE TOUR DE DANK!
sounds like LE TOUR DE ACID. zing!
