The Croll now has a new life as an Alley Kat racer
The only thing missing is more ladies, some my age would be nice

Nice Jeff.
I think you did an amazing job and put together one he11 of a race. Clearwater is now on the map as cat worthy. Can't wait to see what you come up with next time.
My thanks to Aaron for providing the tire patch kit (sort of, lol) and get our *****es back over the bridges. Good fun.
Oh yeah, that tire from Jeff for getting a flat during the race came in handy...I got another flat on the ride back to Largo after leaving Skips. LOL.
seriously, well organized, great layout, and the parking/start/end was really smart. Sorry I couldn't stick around, I had to go to a lame birthday party.
Props to everyone, Mondo for SSing it, Aaron for 80 something gear inches, that BMX kid, and jeff for having interesting checkpoints.
and to the folks I actually rode with, Jamey, Chris? (we never were introduced) and Scotty's girlfriend ( I think). I owe beer.

Great fun Jeff, thanks, good stuff although I still want to kick someone in the shins for making us do 10 bat spins and not 5; I almost threw up.
Thanks to Todd for giving me a place to hang prior (and helping with the bikes home), Luke for, well nothing, Robb for helping me stretch, Jamey for guiding Raquel and John home, Danny/Taylor/Corey for making me look like **** and, finally, The Bridge for making areas of my legs hurt that have never hurt before.
I don't want to wait until October for Tally, so what's next?
C'mon, Tour de Trampa, Robb ...

Thanks to everyone who ran the race. To Corey for making me feel like an ******* by finally beating him and ending up giving it up by going in the wrong parking lot to finish and also for blowing a tube so I got the longest skid. also Thanks to mike for being so fing tall and providing great draft getting up that first bridge, where were you for the rest of them? And to everyone I finished with and led up the last three bridges... My legs and I hate you, but only for a few days. Oh and I really hate baseball

Who's in for Atlanta's FM24 race September 8-9? We need to put a few teams together and make a showing up there. They had about 15 come down for Fixed Fight and it would only be fair if we returned the favor.

wtf is all this 'dank' talk. I need an answer, kids.
When I got out of bed yesterday and today, I promptly fell to the ground. Beating Corey makes it all worth while, though.
A totally awesome race, though. This has been one of my favorite Florida summers because of all the killer races.
I'd like to thank my parents and God.

I could be wrong, but I could swear that Robb and his God weren't on talking terms. Something about Robb commenting on how he thought Jesus had great abs. I don't know, it all seemed really blasphemous at the time.

ok but srsly. From what I understand, FM is a 24 hour team race. I think you need five people for a team, only one of which has to ride fixed. You take turns riding laps for 24 solid hours. Here's the route for this year: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=http:%2F%2F24.fastermustache.org%2F2007%2Fmap%2Froute.kml&ie=UTF8&ll=33.770443,-84.381866&spn=0.07406,0.148487&z=13&om=1
I propose we form teams ASAP, rent a big big van, and fill it with bikes and booze. Let's plan a meeting sometime this week and get organized (read: timetable, budget, confirmed committed individuals, and signed permission slips). Maybe at 66fixed? We can have soda and pie.

I think we could easily form 3 solid teams to take to ATL.
As for upcoming races besides the FM24 in ATL, I hear that Jacksonville will be doing another alleycat on November 24.
jacksonville is also having one on sept 2nd and it sounds like a good time.

anyone into the idea of screen printing shirts before we leave, some sort of florida/bay area logo on the front, team name on the back?
i'll all about aesthetics and looking good.
doesn't Todd make T-shirts?
BTW, has anyone seen Matt? I am asking for my angle grinder back, and I can't find him.
