Don't see why not, as long as the number of holes matches. But you will probably have to respace the axle if you want to put it in a road or mountain frame, unless it's an older track frame.

Odyssey and a number of other companies make rear 3/8ths hubs.

the hubs I'm looking at have the same amount of holes as my rims... i guess I'm more concerned about axle diameter and if it'd mount on my frame alright. Is there anything else I'm missing?
more info: I'd ideally like to mount these on an old road frame (100mm front, 120mm rear)
thanks :)

2 things you'll have to look out for
1. BMX spacing is typically 110mm... make sure the axle length is long enough to accomodate an extra 10mm of spacers (probably not an issue)
2. most BMX hubs nowadays have 14mm axles. You don't want those. Make sure the hubs have 3/8" axles
