This post is completely irrelevant. But gosh darnit, I am so in the mood to go on a multi-day ride!!!!! in the MOUNTAINS!!!!! YEAH!!! But poor old me and everybody else here at the forums, we have work to do, and taxes to pay.:cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Fubar, this is really strange. You posted this, and a few hours earlier I was actually thinking about sending you a PM suggesting you look into touring--because you just seem the right person for it! I've been reading a lot of great touring diaries at http://www.crazyguyonabike.com (some of the trips are still in progress!) and they make me practically painful with the desire to tour.

Come on, you can do it somehow. And you could post your account on that site, too!

You really think I'm the touring type?? WOW!!! I feel so good about myself now. I was feeling so down just sitting around at work. I have had the itch to ride on a multi-day trip for weeks now. Just to be out in the middle of nowhere, nothing but me,mt bike and the wildlife. Aaaahhh, life!!!! That is the life!!!
