anyone on one yet? i want to know how the cranks perform. (they're oem, so i can't just order them). I very much want the set (with the bb). just looking for input. (i don't want your opinions about outboard bb or truvativ components, just whether or not you've ridden them, no offense). if you do have them. give them to me for different cranks!

I tested the Freemont. Same tubeset as the Concept, but with a different fork and a straight seattube.

18 pounds. Very stiff and responsive. $700+ bucks. Nice. Black.

Oh, and Sugino cranks. Nice, but a little wierd looking. Don't know if the concept uses the Sugino gruppo?

The concept has outboard bearing sram/truvativ cranks now. Those are what he is asking about. I too would like to know.

Bikehugger says they are the Omnium Cranks, and that they are new. That's all the info google gives.

this is true. 144 bcd. 1/8" ring. i called sram and they don't have real info aside from they are oem only and should be released in the spring as an aftermarket item.

I ordered one a couple of weeks ago. they had to order it they only had the 06 in stock. I ordered the complete bike, ill probably sell most of the stock componets and upgrade. it will be raced next season. maybe winter indoor.

SRAM is being a bit weird about giving info out about those cranks. From what I can gather they are Rival level cranks, but still through axle out board bearing awesomeness. After riding through axle track cranks (trek/truvativ cranks) on a fixie, I can say the difference is very noticable. I would highly recomend upgrading over square taper.
