ok so first this is partly my fault
i was to jangled at the time to do more than call 911 and get the liscence number right
there were two guys there who stopped on their bikes
and im hoping they would still be willing to step forward so i can make a case here
On 10.4.06 travelling south on Clark st. between Lawrence and Leland a black Range Rover stopped in the middle of the southbound lane, waited for me to come next to their window and then swerved at me (near miss) such that I was almost forced into the parked cars along the side of the road. They then sped off, nearly running the stop sign, and continued south.
I was riding a road bike covered in sticker, with a maroon, mustard and olive messenger bag and grey crash helmet. Two cyclists, who I had passed previously on the road, and talked to at the Lawrence Ave light, pulled over to inquire if I was ok.
1) Male, yellow jacket, traditional bike helmet, 6'2" white, with long brown wavy hair.
2) Male, all in black, black traditional bike helmet, 5'10" black, sunglasses,

Currently this occurance is shelved waiting for further information, but it is classified as "aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon: auto"
