Just got back from a quick ride. The temperature was supposed to be in the mid 40s F, but during the first few minutes I was out, I was sleeted upon. Nothing like little bits of ice striking one's face at 25 mph. Eventually the sun came out, but I cut my ride short after about ten miles because the sky was clouding up. Just a few minutes ago it began snowing, then the sun came out, and now it's cloudy again.
Going out in the cold is awfully difficult after a few days of temperatures warm enough for shorts and a short-sleeved jersey.
