Hows this for a bad day... :)

btw: that isn't haze... that's the rain, you can see the drops hanging off the sign!

It was 42 degrees and raining all day. Then to see the sign that says 25k to the top after already riding for 2+ hours.
When I was riding across the US in 2001, through a 100+ degree heat wave through the cornfields of Iowa, I reminded myself that it was still better than a good day at work!

Damn I want to go riding today,but its damn WINDY.So I guess I won't go riding cuz I don't like less-than-ideal riding conditions.

It was pretty bad this morning... I had a crosswind most of the way. It was still a good ride! :)

If there is one good thing about owning a slightly heavier bike, it's that I don't feel the crosswinds so much. Headwinds, on the other hand...I could pretty much do without them.
