I bought 'em with the intention of installing them on a Bianchi Avenue, but they were just a touch too big for that frame, particularly the rear fender. I have a few of the items you're looking for. I have MTB tires, CO2 inflator and clipless pedal with platforms (unused). I also happen to live on Long Island!

The tires are IRC Mythos XC 2.1
Pedals are Shimano with Shimano platform inserts, can't recall the model but they were never used.
CO2 inflator I think is an Innovations.
