General Cycling Discussion - What should I put on the fence?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Finding a suitable place to lock your bike while at work should not be that difficult should it? Well, for one man in the UK, it has and he has come up with a funny protest for the troubles he has been having.
See it here:

I don't know how you came across this RiderX but, thanks for sharing! That is outstanding!! I sent him an e-mail encouraging him to continue fighting the good fight. I love it:D
I hesitate to say I enjoyed it, for I participated so fully in the man's irritation at the cyclo-phobia of the property owner. But I'm glad he's mounting this whimsical protest, equal parts Don Quixote and Monty Python!

I don't remember how I came across it either, I think it may have been on some UK cycling site. I do know that shortly afterwards I found a couple of other references to it.
Can't believe there hasn't been any response from some of our British friends. Rich, where are you?
Riderx,
This is typical blooded-mindedness of these materialistically obsessed freaks. "This is my fence, so go and find your own!" Or "This is my piece of pavement, even though I don't own it, so clear off!"
That is what the UK is coming to. Thank God I left.
It's only a bike for crying out loud.:(
The latest news is the fencemaster (as the website owner calls himself) has been visited by the police. The landlord has called and complained about harassment.

If I had a fence I'd be pleased if cyclists used it to secure their bikes. Talk about a grouch! Oh, well, there's always karma....
