I am not sure is these are the same ones used on the 70's 80's peogeots or not but I have a frame w/those style brakes

I prefer the MAFAC Competitions since I learned how to make bridge wires for them.
You can still buy MAFACs new in the box. There seems to be an inexhaustible supply on eBay.

The nice thing about mafacs is that you no longer need a bell or horn.
