All frames sold seem to be for racing. I want to buy a light aluminum frame to replace my steel frame on my commuting bicycle. The frame needs to be able to accomodate 700x32c tires, full fenders, and a rear rack. Anyone know where I can get one?

Nashbar touring frame. Or maybe their cyclocross frame.

I know you want an aluminum frame, but for commuting after you add fenders, lights, a rack and carry something on it the weight difference between and aluminum and a steel frame is small.
Decent steel touring bikes from the 70's and 80's are available for very low cost at garage sales, police auctions, and curbside disposal. They typically have eyelets for racks and enough room for larger tires.
