Seriously.
I've built my bike from frame up, even bought the frame there. It costed me around $2000, and they're starting to screw me about. I've bought 3 chain tensioners there, and each time they've assured me they would work and none of them have.
I bought a new sprocket from them over 2 months ago for $100, and I still havent been able to install it. Why? Because I need to get a 10 tooth driver for my hub, and they wont order me one. They have been saying that it's on back order and it should be another week. Bullsh!t.
I go to another shop today and ask if they have a 10 tooth driver for a Odyssey Hazardlite hub. Their answer is, no. BUT, if I want they can order me one. I asked how long it will take and they replied with, about a week.
I asked if their distributer was the tenpack in Vancouver, they said yes.
Funny thing is, so is my current shops, and it's been on backorder for over 9 weeks according to them. I think I'll switch over to this shop, the guy who works there isnt that great of a mechanic, it's easy to tell he's new (I also stopped in with my bike and got them to throw a new brake cable on and had to help him figure out the knarps) but he seems really nice and helpfull.
