I got harassed by a supposed fellow cyclist (who was driving an SUV at the time) on my tall bike the other day. He assumed I wasn't a "serious cyclist" because I was on a goofy bike. Most other cyclists love my tall bike, and I constantly get thumbs up from roadies, commuters, MTB riders, fixie kids, bike shop wrenches, et al. I thought it was really strange, anyone else run into this kind of odd behaviour? Here's the whole story:
